4days into Sauna Suit workout. yeah... yesterday, I almost passed out, today almost throw-up my breakfast. BUT 4 days into it & lost 5lbs... not bad

I use to trail run but my knees always hurt too much. The elliptical is great! I get in my running and my knees feel fine!

I like the ones at the gym that have a tv on it as well. It makes it easier to let time pass by quicker.

Are you trying to cut weight for a sport weigh-in? Cause otherwise the Sauna suit isn't necessary, doesn't help you burn more calories just causes you to lose water weight that you replenish anyway =/.

Yeah, I'm cutting water weights. Actually it's crazy to see the weight difference. Weight myself after workout, usually loose 3~4lbs... but end of the day, I gain back 2~2.5lbs lol
