I'm considering a used 240sx... vq35 6 speed swap... instead of FR-S

I'll buy the FR-S in a couple years.

I have a blank K's Silvia oem key waiting to be made a copy of my future car.. I was waiting for a 240 for such a long time but well, I don't think I'll use it due to push start.

Hmm... I haven't looked at any figures yet, but AFAIK it's a straightforward swap... I'd estimate it to cost around 5 grand. I'd be purchasing the vq35, transmission, mounts, front subframe, 350Z ECU and a modified harness... then headers, Y pipe, exhaust... etc.

This is going to be a great build. Are you sure you have the enough equipment, time, and money to do this? Gotta plan it through before you go.
