Anyone know if JDL is giving a slight discount on their headers for locals at all? Or any locals bought the UEL headers from them in Phoenix?

There are a few people that have bought their UEL header locally. I just purchased their new EL and am awaiting thermal coating to be completed. As far as discount just give them a call and see what they can do

I'll take the RED Rear turn signal LEDS (stage 1 brightness) and the Blitz filter, if it is a "dry" (as opposed to a "wet" oiled filter).

Yup, filter is "dry." It's a great filter! Would be the only one I'd use if I was using the stock intake.

Im assuming you mean oil consumption. Do you have any more technical info? Do they know the cause of the oil consumption, rings valve guides, did they find residue on the pistons?

Yes you are correct. I'll pm you here in a bit with a bit more in-site on the issues they found.
