Doubtful. The most stolen car of 2012 will be the Honda Civic, just like every other year ever.
I don't think so in this case cause whos buying them?

If you were replying to me, I want the 5 spoke chrome FT86 I concept wheels...they have this smooth flow to them that I like a ton. I guess I could buy some old 996 wheels, but I like the look of a 16" tire better :/ (not to mention they cost less)

Grrrr want concept I wheels SO BAD.

90s Honda Civics are insanely easy to steal and there's a huge market for the parts once you strip the car. They're the most stolen car ever in the US, IIRC. I'm pretty sure they're all getting stolen multiple times at this point.

there are a lot of civic SIs and SIRs but not a single run of the mill civic made it to the top of the list.

and quite honestly i haven't seen an SIR in quite some time

seems to me it's just the same ones being stolen over and over again

There is some of that for sure (stolen ones getting stolen again).

It's actually pretty sad how heavily these cars are still stolen.

The black Greddy car were mid to high 40s as well. They looked like they should have been a lower offset because the spacer adapters shoved them out a good 20-25mm..

US statistics aren't broken down by submodel, but here, apparently the 95s are most popular. However, I was wrong. In the past 4 years, the most stolen cars are consistently 94 Accords. 95 Civics come second.

So assuming a wheel offset of +45 and a 20mm spacer, to be on the conservative side, those wheels were, in essence, a +25. And still fit. That's encouraging.

Tires were thin and stretched though

I'm likely going to prefer 17x8s in +35 to keep inside clearance basically the same, just hoping the extra inch of wheel and 20mm of tire will clear the fenders.

I asked them, just to know what were the "maximum" specs.. I'd prefer in 18 since 19 looks too big (and maybe too slow).

Front: 19x8.5 +45
Rear: 19x9.5 +45
