I still need help with deciding which turbo kit is the best for future turbo upgrade... Thanks
again, why would you buy something knowing that you're going to want to upgrade later? why not just get what you want to begin with?

and to answer your question, the avo is the least upgradeable because of the turbo position and the fact that it uses a fairly small, oddball turbo for which there are not many suitable replacements (mitsubishi something-g i believe), whereas the other kits tends to use more common garrett turbochargers that offer a more straightforward upgrade path.

I said it earlier because all the piping and set up and i dont know how!
so i was thinking to get the piping and set up and later on when i want more power i could just upgrade the turbo for more power.

i can't make sense of what you're trying to say. you mean you want to just buy the piping now and get the turbo later? i don't think anyone sells turbo kits minus the turbo.

A good in between would be PTuning. Nice large turbo that you can crank up the boost on...youll be able to suck 500 whp out of the GT30 no problem. you could also upgrade it to a GTX35 if you wanted in the 650+ whp range. If you want more, buy a supra or something. This chasis is scary enough past 350-400whp...

Yeah they do!! I hear its really cheap and Im not sure why they call the turbo kit, "piping" odd choice of letters if you ask me.

C-Spec and USDM-Spec are just way too over price for a car thats almost 20 years old....... all Twin Turbo Supras average price is around 35~40K so...why not get a new car that i wouldnt have to worried about all the leaks and little problem and just focus on tuning

The piping will stay the same if you are upgrading the turbo, unless you are pushing some stupid huge 100+ mm turbo. then the piping miiight need to be a little bigger. I highly doubt this engine would put out enough oomph, due to the displacement, for the piping to need to be any bigger than it already is.

FBM got 700 whp out of a built short block and the regular piping from their stage 1 kit, using just upgraded injectors, inter cooler, and turbo. Piping on all these turbo kits are more than good enough for a turbo upgrade (within reason).

Most of these kits have turbo options as well. They are also designed to work with different sized turbos. FBM stage 1 has options for a GTX28 upgrade. Bigger? wait till your wallet refills, then buy a GTX30 (71/76) or a GTX35 (at this point you would need to upgrade more stuff to have the engine keep up with the amount of boost from the turbo, i.e. injectors and inter cooler).

PTuning will start at a GT30 and can upgrade (has the space for) a GTX35. Not sure about AVO, or Revworks or FA20Club, someone else will have to comment about those.

by the time you try and squeeze 600+ whp out of this motor, safely (that is key) without it blowing up, you would be at the same price point of a supra. cost of the car + 15-20k into it for the supporting mods, not to mention engine work and installation (unless you can basically rebuild a car by yourself).

Well im just not going something crazy like 700 whp with a built block. just simply want at least 200~300HP range as daily driver. And thanks now i have better sense about the full blown kit

And not going to squeeze 600+ on this stock engine and tranny
Thanks
