All of the headers are 3inch....the option is for which gasket, to allow it to mate up to a 2.5 or 3inch front pipe.

That seems like there would be a flow restriction without a proper step down?

Well had to make a choice on pipe size I guess and I'd rather have 3" bore to suit a 3" exhaust for best power rather than hold back my 3" exhaust with a 2.5" header

There is no difference in headers, all of them are 3" collector, Only difference is the gasket they ship it with.

Maybee the built the ones to be coated first and shipped them out for coating already so they could ship all of them at the same time

Ouch.....................I'm #4971. But last time I spoke with Ryan he did say I was in the first batch, but towards the end. Didn't ask for an exact number I was on the list. Just goes to show how busy they are. I ordered mine on 1/17. About 200 orders in 2 weeks if they go up 1 at a time.

Not all order numbers may reflect FA20 header purchases. If they do though...

Yeah I didn't mean over 200 header orders, just 200 orders in general.

Running 3" throughout the exhaust once installed. Running Perrin's 3" system in the back. Also picked up the 3" over/down pipe combo.
