Ummmmmm i have the OFH coming in soon. Currently i am running the nameless op/fp with resonator and 5" axleback by Nameless. Thoughts on how loud this might sound anyone?

Tell me if this is a um....bad idea.

I want to use my stock muffler back, take it to an exhaust shop, have them cut the stock muffler off and replace it with a resonator or smaller muffler and call it a day. I figured it would be the most inexpensive, easiest way to have a better exhaust note. Then I may get some aftermarket Tips. Thoughts?

Why not? I paid $500+ for a Greddy axleback which is basically the same thing you described. And you're guaranteed OEM fitment too :p

I like your thinking. I mean it is just the end piece right? The more important stuff that you want to spend money on is the Header, OP, FP and maybe MP right?

Yea it's basically a muffler swap with some (very) pretty tips, and I'm happy with the sound as I was looking for something with a deeper tone while still being modestly quiet. I am eying a catted UEL header though, and that's gonna be almost twice the cost of the axleback
