Wait a min, so the headunit doesn't work if it gets too cold? Do you even get sound out of the radio tho?

Sorry just curious cuz mine didn't come with the Pioneer one.

i wanted to

... but at that precise moment the rear end actually had grip and the front didn't, so i ended up kind of pushing forward, at which point i knew if i would have swung it there would have been a chance id get myself into trouble, and i didn't want to be the ass that made a bad situation even worse (the chrysler that got stuck).

i mean, i'm not a total asshole..

maybe next time...

Yeah, I guess when it's really cold, the entire headunit will not come on.....just stay's black (almost like it has no power)....I have read about this in other threads so I just left it....then, once my car had warmed up inside, it automatically came on, and there was a message that said "temperature returned to normal".....and it worked fine!

That sounds like my Sharp VCR back in the 80's with the dew condensation light and doesn't power on when it's too cold lol (says on the manual never did it tho)
