Im not sorry or disappointed in my big 3582. Dont let superchargers or turbos even huge turbos deter you from adding power if thats what you want. The drivability is all in the tuning. My 3582 drives better than stock and I get 30-32 mpg on highway. #jamesisbest

Nothing quite like a quick sixth gear turbo boost pull to over 100 MPH when that soccer mom has been on her cell phone in the left hand lane going 10 MPH under the speed limit and you finally got your opening to pass her. No need for a downshift madam, I will take back what is rightfully mine.

I'm curious about this as well. I'm not too upset about the stock power, but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't curious about having more power. My biggest fear is stress on the engine. I want this car to last and last. Also since everyone wants a turbo, I want a SC because that's just how I am.

I would be shocked if the Innovate and the Vortech haven't outsold the turbo kits and now with the Kraftwerks and Jackson Racing out there I wouldn't say everyone wants a turbo.

You are not going to trick me to go down that road again. It leads to Hittin' The Streets and a 4 week vacation.

I suppose that's less of my concern than which one puts the least stress on the engine, i.e. wears it out the slowest. I guess I could also say a turbo doesn't really interest me because I don't want 400+ whp. Mid-200s would do I think. *Shrugs*

You can still make mid 200's with a turbo setup with minimal lag. It all depends on how small you go.

Quality over horsepower. I don't need huge numbers, just something that lasts. Inexpensive would be nice too but I boost doesn't work that way haha. Especially for quality.

I would have to say Greddy is probably the highest quality kit I've seen. Haven't heard anything but positive feedback from it. 'Member you get what you pay for.

I agree with your quality over horsepower statement. But when you feel 400hp and the car is still balanced and your not spinning wheels because you have spent the time to setup the ebc you'll be in the same bandwagon as the rest of us. Ask James I took him for a ride two nights ago his face was priceless!
Converted from SC to Turbo**** thanks lexusb for making me spend more money always appreciate you..

Forced Induction section, where every thread is a turbo vs supercharger thread.

Can we add that to the description?

sc=limitations
I loved my super charger problem was I was limited in what I could do. You can't change the boost without exchanging pulleys. If you choose a small pulley you always have to run e-85. Then you have to plan trips around e-85 gas stations.
