I realize this is old but;

the 3 inch DP has a 2.5 flange on the overpipe side as do all turbos that bolt to a factory overpipe, or one that will work with a factory exhaust. Unless you request it everything will have a 2.5 flange regardless of pipe diameter. So your 3 inch DP and your 3 inch manifold back exhaust will have a 2.5 flange in it somewhere unless its been specifically ordered that way. Its all or nothing since a 3 inch flange will not fit anypart of the factory exhaust and people like to mix and match.
