Wheel Directory: OEM Subaru Legacy GT 16x6.5 +55

OEM Subaru Legacy GT Wheels (1997-2004)
Wheel Size: 16x6.5 +55
Wheel Weight: 20 lbs
Tire Size: 205/60R16

I found a few others with this setup scattered after a bit of searching, but didn't see this wheel size in the stickied wheel directory. It's a bit tight in the front; very close to the calipers and also pretty close to the lower spring perch. Still, it all fits with no clearance or rubbing issues. There are also other OEM Subaru wheels with 16x6.5 +55 dimensions that can be found for cheap used. Great winter setup if you're looking to save $$ and still have good tire options (even cheaper than TireRack's recommended 205/55R16s).

I have enough clearance so I didn't need spacers. You could always add them though, get those online or from your local auto parts store. Used 16" rims can be found cheap from other Subaru forums or Craigslist. Usually there are sets of 4 available for ~150. Tires can be had from your fav tire store online (i.e. TireRack).

Perfect fitment, no rubbing even at full lock. I noticed 195 is a bit narrow for dry pavement, but safe driving should be implemented in winter weather anyway so I think they'll be perfect in the snow.
