I have already offered, but the car is behind a chain link fence and the steel roll up garage door at TR3. We can't just go up in there with pistols blazing and expect to get the car. I told him I would go down there only if he had an agreement with Toni that we could pick up the car. Toni actually has some power in that possession is 9/10ths of the law and he can place a lien on the car.

Illegitimate claim on the car. Toni totally failed to fulfill his part of the agreement & Frs300 paid cash up front, iirc.

Toni would have no legal grounds to place a lien on the car.
