Can you go there with a flat bed, slips, and a Florida Sheriff and demand the returning of your property? I am pretty sure there has to be something in the Florida penal code which prohibits a business from keeping an individuals property when they were paid to fix/repair it. I am in the middle of writing a research paper due at noon or I would find the statute myself. I know you don't exactly live near the shop but there isn't a thing in the world that would stop me from making the trip, aside from lack of funds (in which case I totally understand you being handcuffed)
