Were there any changes to the E85 roms from the 1.42b? Just loaded the 1.55 E85 EL rom and fuel trims are +10% which is a bit less than what I saw while on the unmodified 1.42b tune @ up to +16% LTFT.

Pretty much in line with what mine looked like. 6% difference between the 2. Question is, why are my LTFT 10% higher than yours? You are using Propel E85?

I wish I could answer your first question. The details I do have are that I have driven about 36 miles total today on the 1.55b tune. And yes I am using Propel E85 @ this station: http://www.sanjosegasprices.com/76_G...849/index.aspx

*bonus - E85 was going for $2.98 today if I remember correctly. BOOM!

Love the 1.55b tune too - much more smooth

I think the smoothness might be a result of the fuel trims staying close to 0% I felt similar result from a modified 1.42b to run plus minus 5% LTFT. I'm new to all this stuff as well, so I'm just assuming from the results I've seen and felt.

Edit: On second look I seem to have gotten your logs mixed up. On 1.55b you have 6% LTFT at WOT and -0.78 with 1.42b. Now I'm really confused.

I also found a propel station not so far from me with E85 below $3. http://propelfuels.com/locations#station_locator_map

1.42b E85 'Mod D'

1.55b E85 EL

I do not feel or see much of a difference between the 2 while WOT. Cruising speeds the LTFT was sweeping from -5% to +5% with the modified 1.42b I labeled 'Mod D'. Will keep running the 1.55b and see what happens after it's had some time learning.

So if we upload the 1.55 files to the device do we then need to go to ModFiles DataBase and remove the 1.54 database file? If I try to do that I get "Error during delete" - next time I try to write from the device, which files would be written? The 1.54 ones from the database file or the 1.55 ones that I just uploaded?

EDIT - I closed OpenFlash manager, disconnected device, relaunched OpenFlash manager and plugged the device back in. The database file was no longer present. Bingo bango.

Your MAF voltage and Engine Load is higher than normal. I'd wager a guess that is caused by your FA20 intake causing the misreading. This is why you are running so rich. Definitely put your stock intake back on or else you will need to recalibration your MAF table.

You offer the Perrin CAI on the OFT website.
Have your customers who've bought the Perrin CAI, indicated similar rich conditions?

We always tell customers who are purchasing intakes that they might require MAF table calibration to work as well as the stock airbox. So far no one has asked for it so I have no data points to work on. Intakes really aren't a big sell for this platform from the feedback I get from our sales team. 99% of all FA20 related orders are either OFTs or OFHs.
