OpenFlash Tablet v1.55b: BIN files added!
 

Hi guys,
We are thrilled to see everyone enjoying v1.54 maps. Keep posting those datalogs :)

Now are happy to announce that v1.55 maps are ready for download. No tuning changes. But now all files are also provided in .bin format so they can viewed and edited traditionally. The .dev file is also there (no changes) for those who just want the OFT to auto-generate compatible tunes.

The addition of the tunes in .bin format means that E85 users can now tweak their cold start settings if so desired. It also means we have full support for older 700 and 900 series ROMs. If you do not see your ROM listed, just email me (shiv@vishnutuning.com) your original ROM and I'll add it to the folder.

Hey Shiv - just wanted to confirm this...if you have a stock header, you go with the EL E85 tune, right? Since they're both Stage 2?

am i missing something, i don't see the 1.55 maps avail for download @ openflash.com.
still see the 1.54b in .dev format only.

i must need to clear my cookies and cache, i got them when i clicked on your link, but when i dial up the downloads page directly, i see 1.54b.

I opened the BIN for EL E85 700C in RomRaider and I get a Checksum No1 is invalid. "The Rom image may be corrupt, Use of this Rom is not advised"

Anyone have any thoughts??

That's normal. Ignore it. None of the OFT files have been checksum corrected. This is done when loading the .bin file into OpenFlash Manager.

G series ROM's did not support LC & FFS in 1.42 but do in 1.55.

No new XDF files with 1.55 BIN are the old 1.42 XDF compatable with 1.55 G series ROM or should I use RomRaider ??
