You could look into some Feal 441 coilovers that come with swift springs and camber plates $1350.
http://www.rallyracingsuspension.com/page16.php

Then add a Nameless Performance catted overpipe/frontpipe to the mix $419.
http://shop.namelessperformance.com/...e-factory-fit/

Add the two above parts to what you have with a tune and a proper alignment.

Alakazam!

Thanks Max. I was registered for the last event there a few weeks ago, but didn't make it. I am signed up for the PCA autocross at ElToro on the 9th. I'll see if I can make it out to Fontana on the 8th.

Thank you all for the advice. I looked into the Feal 441s, but they were a bit more than I wanted to spend. I realize I will probably wind up buying "real coilovers" but I wanted to get a whole lot of seat time first, so I could actually drive better rather than having to worry about tuning the suspension. I planned on entering in CSR but I already had the tires, wheels, crash bolts and the tune, which would have pushed me into STX.

Hey Max, you'll be out there? I'm practically stock, and this will be my first time out there.

Thanks again for all of the tips.
I am installing Ground Control coilover sleeves and springs on the stock shocks and a Whiteline 20mm adjustable front swaybar. I have an appointment with Darrin at West End Alignment to get aligned and corner balanced.
I have two questions though.
What are the best ride height and alignment settings for a car that is a sometimes DD and autocross car?
Also, is there any advantage to using OEM crash bolts if I have Whiteline Com-C strut mounts?

There's benefit to using the crash bolts because you can get more camber (assuming that the tires aren't hitting the springs) and at the very least you can adjust it within a range to get it where you want it. Definitely use them if you have them.

I'm running the KW's, so they're already slotted to do more camber from the knuckle.
