Last night, E bound Highway 4. Darker colored FRS around 8:30pm. Played a lil cat n mouse on the way out to Antioch. Threw up some duces

I would highly doubt that but you may be right, but it is even better now.

I saw the same Red Twin in the carpool lane this morning but I was three lanes over to exit onto 85 so I couldn't throw the thumbs up.

Yeah they passed by me in the carpool lane too quick to react as I crawled along in traffic.
