in all seriousness cant really feel much difference in terms of handling of tyres since this is a daily as for noise, its not much noisy on a straight but seems a little louder when cornering.

i think thats not bad coming from 16" Yokohama Decibel tyres

not sure if that helps?

no rubs whatever so ever at the front.
on the rear only a slight rub when turning into a higher inclined (turning into my poach)
but no camber adjustments has been set all natural from the drop of the suspension.
got camber bolts coming to aid a little adjustments.

and sorry dude no idea what the clearance is from the struts, should be good since everyone is runnning very similar offsets

But in all seriousness thanks for posting these up.

I am keen for 9.5 on all four corners and have been waiting to see how it works in the real world. Looks like a go for me in December.

Was running 235's on the front a possibility?

Once again SICK MATE!!
At the current height i think 235 might actually be possible with a little more camber, wasnt game enough to try it tho looks quite possible.

Great. I really appreciate the pics! Do you think they would fit with stock struts/coilovers? (looks like the RSRs are smaller in diameter). I've heard both yes and no as far as 9.5 +38 (my ideal size )

cant confirm anything on the original suspension dude sorry, only had the stockies on for an hour lol...

as far as i have felt, the RSR feels sporty around corners but stills absorbs bumps like a normal car. I have an AE86 and the suspension is crazy hard, good for the track but i really hate to drive it on normal roads lol.

18x9.5 +38 Rota MXR-R Royal Gold w/polished lip (stance coilovers)

Hey guys, so I'm just now getting around to posting up my ride, but i figured it was time to contribute. I'll keep things short and let anyone ask questions if they feel so inclined to do so.

I've fit my Raven with some Rota MXR-R Royal Gold w/polished lip. The size is 18x9.5 +38 offset square fitment. She's my daily so i wanted the option to rotate the wheels if needed. LOVE the color, i get turned heads everywhere i drive lol.

I'm sitting on Stance coilovers and couldn't be happier. I've had 4 sets of different brand coilovers on various rides, and so far these are the smoothest I've driven on. I don't have exact measurements on the drop as i just "eyed" the fitment, but id say i probably have a full 1" to 1 1/2" left to go lower in the front and rear. I ended up still using the stock endlinks (stance comes with adjustable) and haven't had any issues at all.

The rubber is, well, budget rubber lol. Its Milestar MS932 Sport tires at 225/40/18XL 92V all the way around. I spent $300 shipped on all 4 tires with certs in case of crap happening. I have to say....for just a daily tire..I'm pretty freaking happy with the money i spent on them. Not alot of noise, handles very well in all weather conditions including snow.

Feel free to ask any questions, loving the community and all that everyone is contributing. Now...onto the best part...the pictures.

Those are some nice wheels. I had them but didn't like the finish of the hyperblack. It was more matte gunmetal than a hyperblack finish...
