It would make sense if it was something in the way the boost level is being controlled and it is doing the same thing regardless of what the max PSI is set to. What is this car running for boost control?

it looks like it's pulling timing. these cars are pretty knock-sensitive above 7k, and i have to pull a bit to keep knock at bay on my turbo setup above 7k. i assumed it was noise at first, but sure enough pulling 1.3 deg or so up made it go away, and netted me power to redline.

Its none of the things mentioned. These were not the finished run files, what you are seeing in both graphs was tq/throttle table related as well as some speed/traction based boost control I was messing with. Its not on the finished file. I'm sure if the car left my hands like that the owner would not be happy lol.. That would be VERY noticeable on the street.

As for UEL/EL... I don't like the UEL design on the turbo cars. All the kits can and will make power up around 75-7800rpm, obviously the ones with smaller turbos will peak a little earlier. IMO the head/cams in OEM form seem to be working very very good for making top end power and flat TQ curves.

Hope this helps clear stuff up

I will also agree about the knock on these cars past 6500 if you leave certain tables untouched, or not setup for the extra airflow ( cam tables )
