Maybe if you drop the clutch everyday I wouldn't recommend the STI ones, but otherwise the other two are lackluster for street driven cars. Though you didn't want cats either, so perhaps you and I have different ideas on street-driven.

Its going to be useless to dump the clutch on this car with over 300whp, all thats gona happen is spin spin spin.

Meh only reason i want to get rid of that cat is to chase power, hell maybe do a before and after dyno if i do do it

Stiffer ones will lessen the movement of the engine during hard acceleration

The purpose of engine mounts is to mount the engine to the car. Without them, the engine would turn and the car wouldn't move. Stiffer mounts will transmit more vibrations, but will keep the motor from moving around as much.

Edit: Sorry 172whp 143wtq after dynojet correction. Still higher than 90% of the baseline dynos I have seen. Cant really judge it by that, we will only be able to tell by the gains it makes over what your stock BRZ produced. Have you started building the batches yet? Its nearing the end of the month and i'm sure you have access to that information.
I wonder what kind of results my tuner could get with a full months worth of tuning my setup.

THIS is why you catch flack. Posts like this.

We know the dynos have been missing for a month. You already have a header. See where I'm going with this?

It was a reasonable question, I actually am curious. It's not like there's much more going on... just talk about mounts and other exhaust parts.

I think you would be the last person to instruct others on flack catching comments.

Hahaha.....yeah i'm not sure how a week turned into a month.

Results for the jdl EL v.2 should be out soon.

Would love to see an EL shootout with hks jdl and nameless......which $1100/1200 header is king.

According to Nameless, their header alone blows full exhaust systems out of the water. Maybe their V2 will make insane crazy unreal NA power if they never post results!

I never question why I get flack, whereas you did several pages go. Just trying to show you how others may see you. And whether or not it was a legitimate question, it was the way in which you worded the statement (and then I interpreted).

These three types may or may not be an accurate representation of the person. All, some or none of them may be true.
