Sorry guys, I didn't want to pop in until I had something tactile to bring to the table. Our tuner is out at a Rally America event (Sno-Drift) this week and won't be back in until next week. I understand you guys are chomping at the bit, I'll have numbers up here as soon as I have them.

One little tidbit I was able to get, was that there was another 86 down at the dyno getting tuned (not our customer) with some other exhaust parts installed (full headerback and tune) that was not able to match what our test rig pumped out with just the header and a tune. Let that one sink in for awhile, and remember that we are for real with this header. The gloves are off, we're coming for the record.

Looking forward to working this setup on nationally on the SCCA Tour and ProSolo circuit!

Didn't your BRZ baseline a lot higher than normal? Like a 183whp, 151wtq stock? I would imagine with those stock numbers that it would make more power than another full exhaust setup with just your headers, and a solid month of tuning.

Edit: Sorry 172whp 143wtq after dynojet correction. Still higher than 90% of the baseline dynos I have seen. Cant really judge it by that, we will only be able to tell by the gains it makes over what your stock BRZ produced. Have you started building the batches yet? Its nearing the end of the month and i'm sure you have access to that information.

Thanks.
I undid the engine mounts and raised with a Jack and 2x4 on the oil pan. Maybe not the proper method, but it got the job done.

I guess this would be the perfect time to slap some new engine mounts

Plan was sti, but a few people did not recommend them. Cusco have high NVH. So i guess Perrin is the only choice

I've got a set of Cuscos waiting to be installed, planning on putting them in while I have the header off.

Let me know how it feels after.
I don't mind a little more noise and vibration

Will do, I'm pretty sure most of the vibration can be taken care by raising the idle rpms. I can't find any info on whether on not the people who complained about cuscos raised the idle to around 8-900rpm whereas the Perrin mounts suggest doing that right in the install instructions.
