Yeah - same here. I believe someone else verified that that is indeed Irvine of Subaru (under some weird shady name as that).

My question is the e-mails that people have been apparently getting. I still haven't gotten mine - anyone in this group buy receive theirs yet?

I called Rich this morning...and he was telling his already leaving for the weekend..but if you call right now you'll probably catch him..

Well guys, I believe I was the LAST one to get in on the deal with Rich yesterday afternoon and I still haven't gotten any email so...

But my CC did get that charge for $100!!! I dunno if I should be happy or sad! LOL

I'm curious about that $100 deposit. What if the price is too high or something and we decide to not buy the car - is the deposit still refundable now that it has been charged?

Anyone know?

It's fully refundable.

Most likely it's not a charge but a hold on your card. So unless you decide to purchase, you won't see it "charged" on your CC.
