From what I've seen the US non intercooled has the 75mm and the Sprintex non intercooled has the 80mm outside of the US.

Before racing off and putting 70mm E85 Verify your boost on 80mm, then put 75mm check your boost. You should be on 98Ron in Sweden and getting around 10psi . Not sure who your tuner is , but you would need to retune for smaller pulleys. Last thing you want to do is damage your internals. I've gotRaceseng 72.5 and 70mm pulleys arriving tomorrow, which I have set up for dyno testing on Saturday. @DeliciousTuning new tune allows for the 75 to 70mm pulleys to be changed without retuning, awesome, so we will be able to test each pulley with the IC kit to see what boost and whp is obtained on 91OCT. Will be interesting test. |

The idler pulley will have no effect on the drive ratio between the pulley on the charger, and the crank pulley on the engine. It will NOT change the boost. The only thing an idler pulley will change is the length of belt required. Some guys are running a 1/2 inch smaller belt on the innovate kit with the 70mm pulley.. the other option is to run the original belt with a slightly larger idler pulley..

There was a post earlier with a part number for a smaller belt you might want to check out.. I can't say what would be best because I haven't personally done it. maybe someone else can chime in..

I've been running the blue gates belt on my 70mm pulley with no issues. Didn't run the stock belt on there though.

I am still on stock and 70mm with no issues. Could you link me to the belt you are using? I want a spare in case an issue were to occur.

Theres not much else - Ryans case is a special one I think, not many other people have had to go through what he did lol.
You can replace the fittings in the back with Brass but its not necessary. I believe Innovate has recognized this issue and now makes sure these are heat cycled prior to shipping out so that they don't come loose, but you can just remove them and throw some teflon on them and tighten it back up. I switched to the stronger belt just for the hell of it, not for an issue of any sort - my stock belt worked fine. I'd rotate the supercharger and make sure it spins without wobble prior, but I am not too sure what the cause has been for the belts breaking yet. If you are going with the intercooled kit, you may have to buy new clamps like I did as the ones that were sent did not fit. I called Innovate and they said i'm the only one who has called about this, so I would appreciate if any other intercooled owners could check or chime in if they had this issue so I can report back to them. Also the 3/8 line provided does NOT fit well on the plastic fitting/coolant reservoir. I managed to get mine on there but it took heating it up, and lube to get it on enough. I should have just replaced this line, so thats another thing to check. Thats all I can think of for right now. Some others had issues with a pin missing on the extension harness for the MAP sensor but I am pretty sure thats been fixed and not of concern anymore. |

Its not a pressurized system so I am not sure why they provide a line that is so goddamn tight like that. Did you have any issues with clamps? I received all sprung clamps, but the bigger ones did not fit over the water pump connections and nipple connections on the front/back of the supercharger (or on the heat exchanger) |
