Ive been trying to find people who have experienced issues with these headers and thus far, the only thing people would change about them is they don't come with flex joints. I'm pretty sold on it though.

AFAIK they haven't shipped any OFH yet... I still want to see a legitimate dyno on these =x The one shiv posted was one of his first flashes vs a recent one and a header... I took one of his other dynos and overlaid and it didn't look like a huge difference.

How do people have them if they aren't shipped yet? And Im pretty sure all the dyno sheets are showing the torque dip filled in almost completely AND since this is a pretty new product, Im fairly certain things will only get better from here.

Ive said it a few times and ill say it a lot more. I really like what the OFT group has to offer. I understand there are risks and cons, but there is with anything right?

Thank you for the friendly advice, but my other options are not a direction I want to go with.

Edit: I do see that they are shipping next month now, but even still.... Im a very patient guy.

Not only did I have to look through those twice but they were poor resolution.

Fail.

I will now cleanse this thread with soap and ....

Go look at my post in the OFH thread. You will see the dyno i posted showing a vehicle he previously posted with no header with the exact same torque dip peformance gains. When shiv posted his plot he posted a very old tune vs his recent one... It was an unfair comparison and possibly done for marketing reasons. It looks as if there are no gains in the torque dip due to the header. Just top end gains due to lower EGT and higher flowing exhaust from lack of cat. Also look at mad_sb's thread on cam tuning with brzedit he saw the same gains on a stock car with tuning as shiv saw with his "oft + ofh". So some how shiv is getting the same gains with a header as mad_sb was getting STOCK.

I am not saying it is a bad product. I am just saying his marketing techniques are poor and misleading.

Again, thanks.... but almost everything is marketing fluff at the moment. I know what I want out of the car and I know how I'm going to get it. Ive heard plenty of crap from every bolt on, every tuner, every FI group, so really it all depends on you making your own opinion on things. This is still a VERY brand new platform and with that, there are going to be lots of new findings daily.
