HELP: WINJET Headlight LED strip INOP

Sup peeps,

Just received my winjet lights from phastek. They look awesome, but there is one problem... LED strip on the driver side doesn't turn on. Passenger side works fine.

DRL's on stock headlight work....

Please keep me updated.

Thanks much,

Mark

I looked at the wires, all are secured and attached.

I put my old headlight on, everything worked.

passenger winjet works with all features...

hooked up the driver winjet on the passenger side--- led strip still doesn't work

Maybe DOA, doesn't surprise me since they are made in China. Have them replaced.

Might want to very lightly tug on each individual wire in the harness. When I got mine the passenger side didn't turn on at all due to one wire not actually being in all the way, but when I was looking at it one wire was in the connector just not in the actual fitting? Idk electrical terms

yeah when I put mine in, the harness wire I had popped out. Just make sure you have good solid contacts for the wires. Might be worth checking inside the housing to make sure those smaller brown wires are in tact also.

Contact Phastek and see if they'll take care of it?

Hi
I'm a little late to this thread party, but my passenger side led strip wasn't working
Since I am in Canada and imported them myself from NY I decided it would be too hard to return them for exchange
I checked all the connections inside and found the red & black wires were not connected at all - connector was there ok but obviously it was never plugged in
I baked it open and connected it now they work fine
Drastic measure for sure but I solved it
Good luck with your fix/exchange/refunds
