I estimated six to seventy five hundred calories a day when I was working out. In six months working out six or seven days a week I went from 130 to 160 with like 8% body fat.

It's actually the fitbit dashboard on their website. They do have apps though. Cheapest barrier of entry is find a used fitbit zip somewhere. Target had them for $30 for awhile.

Rough! Given that wreck she got lucky as hell!

I rolled over my 4 runner down in Mexico a couple years back. Half a roll @ 40mph. I have 15 days of complete memory loss, but my lucky a$$ made it back to St. Joes neuro center by chopper (no memory of my only chopper ride) and fully recovered in a month. Docs said I was lucky and a lot of people couldn't recover from the same damage.

Let's keep rubber on the ground

So who has / wants an ecutek cable that wants to do testing for me with tunes? If you don't have a cable I can get a good price. Looking for a car with oem header if possible (hell I also need some aftermarket headers at some point). Will need to have cable to basically flash once a day and log the difference on your work commute etc. and then willing time pay dyno time in the end (I get discounted dyno rates). I want to do more cam testing on set ups other than Brent's car and see what I can push out in that torque dip with longer term testing. I won't charge for for tuning if someone is willing to do these tests over a few weeks! I just need a ton of data logging to parse through like I do with Brent's car.

Wish I had a stock car to daily right now lol. I won't get the exact same results with my forged engine.

Help me break the record for 91 octane on a stock car record guys!!
