They are pilot holes. The wheel is cast in a mold that is made for two different bolt patterns. Once the wheel is popped out of the mold, they process it further by modifying the holes to suit the desired bolt pattern.

From a manufacturing stand point it makes sense. One mold makes two different bolt patterns, less material is used, less weight as a result.

I just don't like the look, makes it look aftermarket

I haven't done an alignment yet so I don't know. +35 pushes the wheel further out.

Will this fit?

I just want to know if i will be able to put these rims on the oem tires.i know the tires will stretch also will i have to roll my fenders
