After countless hours of research on the forums and YouTube I figured the complete 2.5 perrin system resonated and catted fit my needs the best. It's quiet when you need it to be around cops and full on beast mode when you want it to be. It roars under any sorta heavy throttle. It's beautiful. Looks good. Fits good. Sounds amazing. Definitely looking to get a header once warranty expires. I'm only at 4k miles though. Let me know if you have any questions. No rattles for me, at least not from the exhaust. Stiff suspension is another issue. Sounds like my damn dashboard is going to fall off into my lap

I many be late to joining the discussion...

I have the 2.5" Perrin Resonated Catback on my BRZ. Other than the catback it is bone stock. My experience with it mirrors what the others have said. I actually think it may be a tad quitter at a warm normal idle vs the stock, it is defiantly deeper in tone. But under hard load it really opens up and sounds great!

Here is quick video right after it was installed:

So here was my first impression on the Perrin Resinated catback. You definitely hear the deeper exhaust note. Start up is pretty nice. But after the car warms up you can barely hear it. When you're driving it has a deeper exhaust note up to 3.4-4k RPM. After 4k rpm it's not really noticeable. When shifting you can slightly hear a backfire pop which imo sounds awesome.
