Other than those... this little car is fantastic. GF loves the creature comforts (dual climate, heated seats, bolstered seats, vanity mirror light, etc.)
There are leveling screws on the headlights that you can adjust to aim the headlights.

Another thing that I hate is the location of the trunk lock, especially with the small key provided with the smart key access, it's a PITA to unlock that thing.
You do realize that there is a button on the trunk so you don't need the key, right?

My biggest complaint so far? The winter beater I force myself to drive so I can keep my BRZ immaculate and much lower mileage.

Pretty sure that button isn't on the base model FR-S.

There is a button in the car...not by the trunk though

It's also on the key FOB

Only time I've ever had to use the key hole is when the little kill-switch is tripped inside the truck

Does the foot rest on anybody else's car squeak? Because initially it didn't bother me much, but now it really bothers me.

You need the key if you disabled your trunk via button inside the trunk.

Well, don't do that.
I did have a soda bottle hit it and disable it, so i had to use the key.
I love the little button on the trunk itself though, it makes stuff easier

Wish it was like my Altima, where the switch was in the glovebox and you can lock the glovebox.

I wish the glovebox was lockable on this car. There's like no storage space at all...

I work for GM and feel your pain on that, luckily I have a 1994 Impreza AWD Wagon with a 2.2L swap and Forester rear diff and WRX suspension, could be worse.
