I have an Autodromo Brescia.

The face loves to take scratches, replacements are $50...maybe one day.

I like the smaller notches on yours and mine.
I'm not into the huge notches either. If I was a diver maybe I'd want something like that but for casual wear, this works nicely.

Oakley Minute Machine titanium bracelet. Nothing fancy but built like a tank.

I have a new really inexpensive beater coming in, $24 Casio HDDS100-1A fully solar powered watch; pretty much decided to sell my Bertucci A-2T...even though I love the face on it I don't really wear it because it is just not a comfortable watch to wear.

I've also ordered some new straps: custom strap being made from Gas Gas Bones in England for my Lum-Tec M48 (Zero-Zero model Nylon and Velcro semi-NATO hybrid strap) and a Bonetto Cinturini rubber deployment band (300-D) ordered for my Orient BRZ GT300.

Hard to beat Casio for a reliable beater watch. Love my $40 G-Shock.

Wow some of you guys have some awesome watches!

I started buying Fossil watches in 2000ish and kinda stopped around 2005ish.
Since I work in an environment where a nice watch would get destroyed, I haven't really bought or used a watch for this reason until recently when one of my employees gave me a G-Shock solar watch as a gift. Since then I've been eyeing watches again wanting to get into collecting nice top quality ones.

Get a sapphire crystal? My sapphire crystal hit some rather hard objects a few times and didn't get a scratch.

Mention didn't give me a notification, I didn't see it. I dun really like that gold color, but damn 25 bucks is cheap. I don't think you could get a Chinese watch for 25 bucks even 5 years ago.

Worst leather strap on the planet though.

It's an absolutely vintage watch (small size, thin, acrylic crystal, Japanese 17 jewel handwind movement), despite being new. Citizen set the factory up for HMT back in the 60s and they are still using the tooling.

I think all the 17 jewel watches they make are 1400 rupees.

One is enough, though.

I'd have to get a custom cut one, wonder how much it would cost.

Good idea though.

Though don't be surprised, they gotta cut corners to make the watches the price they go for...
