progressive springs
Chaps
are there any firms offering a progressive wound spring with a small height reduction? and no real increase in major rate I'm after something like the Eibach prokit - sadly they don't seem to offer this option fo rour cars - just the stiffer sport kit which I don't want Are the Race comp items suitable? are these stiffer than stock? What I'm after is to improve ride quality a bit so was thinking a progressive spring thats softer than stock for the 1st 1" of travel and then stiffens up should be ideal |

Racecomp engineering yellow or tarmac springs would be something you'd be interested in. There should be info floating around on this forum regarding both of them.

Eibach makes a pro kit, it is progressive. Pretty much everything but RCE is progressive.
Check here, here, here, here, here, here, here, or even google it

Our springs are as linear as we can get them, as that's the way we like it.
Remember everything is progressive with the bumpstops being an active part of the suspension (and with lowering springs that ramps up quickly). Our springs come with replacement bumpstops. - Andy |

RCE springs are also a lot stiffer sooo....ya. They are not the option you are looking for. The closest would probably be the factory (TRD and STi) springs.
