I don't think the prices on these headers are anything to be surprised about. I'm coming from a 2008 Civic Si, and you could easily still spend that much on a header for that car. Of course there are knock-offs at this point and cheaper examples, but the ones worth having you pay for appropriately. For those who are patient, I'm sure there will be a PLM header available soon enough that will cost very little in comparison, with leaks and all.

I also understand that not everyone can (or should) afford to pay for these items BUT none of us "need" them either.

I think that the price on this header is more than fair when you consider the quality and great customer service as well as a good warranty it's up there with HKS imo I've saw there exhaust systems and the quality is there I myself coming from the borla UEL I don't mind paying for this product. Bottom line you have to pay to play it's part of modifying a car especially a new one at that

From what I have seen so far and if that dyno is true and really represents an unturned car with just the header on pump 91 then I think the price for this header is absolutely fair. I mean it has a freaking cat with a 3 year warranty for chrissakes!

Stop bitching about price and move on if you don't like it. If you have don't your research on this part you would know price is good and your not going to get a better deal unless you buy eBay parts.

The only other UEL catted header that matches this in filling the torque dip is the fa20club, which costs significantly more. If you plan on going with their turbo, it makes sense. If not, then get the ft86speedfactory header, save some money, and have all of the benefits. It is really that simple.

There is no use comparing the Nameless, because it doesn't have a cat and their previous dynos still had a noticeable torque dip present. None of the other EL headers are even close to filling the dip.

What kind of gains would you see with this header, full exhaust, and a stage 2 tune?

Probably ballpark 120 whp on the left and 125 whp on the right while inverting the infamous torque dip.
Pretty solid results imo.

Source: I have these headers, and the crew making them has had enough time to come up with the information you just asked as evident by the 29 different dyno charts on the OP and the 36 different videos showcasing how YOUR exhaust will sound.

I don't believe so. What the previous poster was trying, in a somewhat subtle yet obviously ****ish way, to say was that since this header is still under development, the only available information is on this thread, straight from the manufacturer.
