Looks nice. What are your plans for the interior?

OEM armrest and SARD seat covers. Maybe CF wrap the dash and a TRD sticker to copy the oh-so-expensive TRD part.

That was a pic while I was installing it... I haven't bothered taking a pic of it finished... still need to do the rear back rest, but I'm waiting to get that replaced since it rattles when it's locked in place.

He claims to be the Sales Manager, not the General Manager who almost certainly would treat him harshly should he discover the loose canon in his midst.

However, someone (sorry, don't recall who) posted that they researched dealership personnel and found that he's no SM but is an everyday sales drone with hopefully a short future in the automotive industry.

But I'd hate to see him going on unemployment and sponge off the rest of us so I'd suggest he persure a new career.

One thing you never want to do is try to lie with a photograph. A bad one at that! I was initially curious as to why would you block the VIN when most dealers openly share VINs of new vehicles. So I got your photo and Photoshop out and did some investigating (my second job is professional photography). By adjusting contrast, highlights and shadows on your photograph I was able to get this:
Name: 252.png
Views: 957
Size: 70.1 KB

That is the model number in that shadow you see there. Scion uses the model code 6252 for the Automatic 2014 FR-S (which can be noted in the upper right corner of the photo). And THAT is the model number shown in your photo. The most important number to pay attention to is the last one "2". All release series model codes end in 8 for automatic and 9 for manual. Even the FR-S 10 series which is considered a release series 1.0 by Scion. The Monogram would be a Release Series 2.0.

You should have just stayed quiet and let this blow by, but no! You had to dig even deeper.

LOL yeah well he wasn't even that good with the iQ monogram series window sticker…didn't even need to sharpen that one or do anything to it. Clear as day you could see the information necessary to identify it as an iQ monogram.
