yea, you should have no problem with rubbing. i am on 18.9.5 et35 and 265/35s and i only rub on extreme hard corning. also my car sits rather low. you have something else going on there bud.

Feels like the tires are pretty much touching the front springs, but I never felt the stock setup so as far as I know this could be normal? There's basically no clearance there.

All suspension I stock FYI

the offset of +45 is the issue here, as it probably rubs on the struits/inner fender. Get some spacers (5mm should be enough) and the issue should be solved

You're welcome. Make sure however that you check how spacers in front will affect handling. You may want to get some spacers in the same size for rear aswell, so both rear and front axle are again "in line" (dont know a better word for it in english, sorry).

Thinking of pulling the trigger on these in black, with Hankook V12's.

Is a 245mm tire too wide for the 18x8.5? Does anyone have this setup? I want to avoid any kind of stretch, and it seems like the 235's stretch a little.

Also, with stock suspension, I've heard it's not a good idea to stagger the rear. Any opinions on this?

Non-staggered the wheels. 245 on a 9.5 works as well, but that's the maximum stretch you should realistically go. Afterwards, it's just diminishing returns. 245 on a 8.5" is a nice setup as well.

Federal 595 RS-R tires, 225/40ZR-18
Muteki black lug nuts
Eibach Pro-Kit lowering springs

(I am told the RS-Rs in 225 width are equivalent to around 245 of "normal" tires)

Hi guys,

My Rijan wheels already ordered, now I am still waiting from the wheel shop to notify the arrival date (hopefully next week).

Before installing those wheels, do you guys know whether I can use the OEM nuts for the new wheels? I am still shopping the wheel nuts (cannot decide the color and brand at this moment).

Nope no rubbing for me... but I think that will be somewhat dependent on what width tire you run, and how much negative camber you have.
