Super Autobacs is still worth checking out just to see what's there. If you want to find used parts then Up Garage is the way to go. It's just that some of them, like the Subaru specific Up Garage (Kasukabe I think), but if you don't know how to get there it can be a pain. It's sill worth going to, though.

Kasukabe is 1.5 hour train ride from Tokyo. I used to work near there.

Most of my friends that went to the Kasukabe Up Garage needed a little navigation help getting there once they got to the Kasukabe train station. I didn't think it was bad getting there, though.
