I have to wait until july-september, but that's what i'm leaning towards. After looking at all the colors in person a few months back i have preferred black over all, however asphalt is right behind it. If between now and purchase time i still prefer black, i'm getting that.
Im obviously new to this forum but i'm not new to car forum's. I know asking stupid question's will just get you the "use the search bar" response. With that being said, iv spent a couple months searching online and found no answer to my questions and i have used the search bar on this forum to no success. Would people here be up tight if a new member started a thread with a selection of question's or what? New guy doesn't want to piss off everyone els lol. |

And if that would be ok, where would be the best place to post a series of questions as they are not all exhaust related or all engine related or anything like that. There kind of all different questions lol.

![]() I would suggest that you use google to search and preface your search criteria with: site:ft86club.com It seems their search engine is "better". As far as general questions, I reckon you can post them right here. Yes, you may still get "do a search" posts, but just scroll on down and usually some dude will help you out. humfrz |

Don't have one yet... but have always owned Toyota...
I want a monogram FR-S if they make it and I plan to de-badge SCION and make it into a LHD GT86... Dreams... But if Scion offers the Monogram, I'll be one of the first to buy... Ok well i just one question at a time here and there then. Considering i'm not getting my car for another 10 months or so theres no rush to get all my questions answered right now. One of my lesser important questions is, the upgraded sound system. Is it simply a better deck or does it included better speakers as well. Everything i have been able to find so far is simply about the features on the deck and doesnt talk about the actual system at all, im just curious if its worth the extra $900 or not at all. And kind of a part two to the questions is does anyone know how much difference they are in weight. I know that if theres any difference in weight it will be minimal but im planing on shaving at much weight as possible while still keeping it a DD. |

I'm guessing the upgraded head unit uses the same speaker system. I understand the FR-S weighs about 2758 lbs curb weight. I also understand that the BRZ premium weighs about 2762 lbs; the Limited 2776 lbs Add about 47 lbs for a AT on all. An oldie but goodie thread: http://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=7881 I hope this helps. humfrz |

Hey everone, new here
I own a Asphalt Frs and love it! Have ordered a Corsa Catback and looking into getting some xxr 530/flat black with a yellowspeed coilover set up real soon. Past that maybe a little bit more aggressive lip kit. Thanks all! |

Ik the feeling!! it was just suppose to be an exhaust....now its wheels suspension, tailights, lip kits spoiler(maybe), custom paint(not as cool as you think). then when corsa markets their intake ill pair that with the exhaust and get a crank and pulley. hopefully that will be ok for awhile because i want to track it in a couple of years.....the bug has bitten!!!
