I am not local to them but, after a 3 month wait I received the turbo Uel manifold that did not bolt up to the engine without Heavy modification to the flanges.

I'm already expecting the worst after all I've heard from you guys, my car is on the lift waiting for uel turbo kit, they had to send me new IC piping because the original piping does not fit the brz unless you shave the drive hl, Toni had to send me out new piping and forgot the v band as well, I'm really hoping these headers go in with out much pain, we'll see.

I don't understand how they stay in business. Parts that don't fit, long waits for parts and tunes.. and for me, not giving even a partial refund for my incomplete tune. People keep saying "he's a good guy", but it's hard to attribute that from my experience. I kind of feel sorry for them, but they keep messing up.

I was patient with them because I know they are a small shop and stuff, but this is getting out of hand! They wont even replay back to me now... Hoping I can get a refund, but doubt it... might just have to wait another 5 months...
