Has anyone reviewed a FA20CLUB UEL header ?
As the title states, I am wanting to know if anyone can comment on these headers, I've purchased one and it is currently being fabricated. I wanting to know your views, is it raspy, what else are you running it with? Did you go catted? Your thoughts on build quality?
I will be running a catted and ceramic coated UEL along with an FA20club overpipe, nvidia resonated front pipe and Greddy Evo 3 cat back, it should sound pretty boss. Cheers |
interested.

Has anyone received one yet?
|
Anyone, anyone. Bueller?
|
@geeang ordered the first one and hasn't received his yet, so I doubt there are any out in the wild yet to be reviewed. I understand, I really want to hear how this sound with a milder exhaust than the promo clip. Even better would be a direct comparison of their EL and UEL headers with identical exhaust. I'd like to see fully catted and resonated like Perrin's. (relevant to me, that's what I have.)

Any idea on a time frame?

Not a clue, I haven't ordered one and don't have inside knowledge at FA20Club.

You guys may be waiting awhile, I know there are still guys waiting about 2 months for theirs. I ordered my uel turbo setup back in July and have not received anything yet. These guys are a small operation and a lot of people have been placing orders, if you can be patient then bless you.

When I placed my order a few weeks ago I asked Toni how long it would take to get the UEL header and he said 5 weeks from start of production to my door in Aus, I would assume there's a bit of a backlog before my headers even make it to production. I'd just love to hear these headers on a few different exhaust setups, I wasn't to keen on the clip of car with the custom exhaust.

Andrew (ApexAddict) I am pretty sure was running one in STX at nationals this year. Hid build thread in in the track section.

If you get the catted version does that mean you wont get the CEL's?
|
yes^ it should not throw any CEL's

2.5 Months and counting. Car goes into storage in a few weeks. Super excited to have this installed.................................in the Spring.
/Sarcasm |
This is an unfortunate effect of a small company becoming popular. They don't have the man power to meet demand and even if they hired more people, it takes time to get new hires up to speed. Then after the initial rush is done with demand drops off and they have to lay people off. But hey, they're still around, which is more than can be said for SRT.
