GoPro Hero 3 Black Vs Hero 3+ Black?
Hello Ft86rs
I'm looking to buy one of the two but don't know which. I know many of you are GoPro fans and play around with their toys. I've watched a few comparison videos on youtube. However, I can hardly tell a difference. It seems like its just a color effect and wider angle. REGLAR BLACK Possible Cons: I've heard that the regular black edition freezes, poor battery life, drain battery while off, and heat up? T/F?? Prices are: $329.99 vs $399.99 worth it? Or should I even go with the Hero 3+ silver ( Seems like the regular Black edition renamed?) So far I haven't heard of any complaints about 3+ Black. Please share you thoughts and experiences. yeah! see on GoPro site, near download and you'll read all release feature (probably if you buy a new production it will be updated yet). Mine never frozen and bought in June from UK store. It runs very well.

Sorry to dredge this back up, but anyone have an opinion with respect to the focal length issue? It sounds like the 3 may be better than the 3+ for motorsports because it has infinite focus. But in practice, does it matter?
