Why not go big??? 295??? Hoo Hoo's are going to be nuts on this thing.. Contemplating my next move with mine.. Probably will stay STX for a while and work on my driving more than anything.. ... you have had issues with the rear end ever since I can remember, wonder if something got tweeked during the initial shipment, maybe they used one of the control arms as a anchor point on the truck, seen it before...Good Luck with it..

Things are getting serious... lol

As mostly copied from the wheel/tire section:

My new competition setup--they fit... This is great, as this setup is a huge increase in size, and they only weigh ~2 lbs/corner more than stock.

I took it around the block & threw it around some--barely heard any rubbing sounds.

The fitment is pretty flush.

The car was absolute magic on the R-comps...

Here's a vid of practice--I'll upload the vid of the actual event later. I felt at one w/ the car...

The wheel/tire setup did work, although there was some slight contact, but nothing serious.

Here's the best run for the actual event. I was fortunate enough to take P1, even though I under-drove horribly (I think I ended up 12th in PAX). My time was 63.0, but the car was capable of 61s, I'm sure.

I can't blame anything on the car--just didn't push hard enough & could have gotten into 3rd more often (was on limiter several times, for too long). I also had uncharacteristic nerves for the State Champs event--which I've won many times.

Oh well, it was an off day--but the car is AWESOME!

Action starts abt 30 secs in:

I'm sure, most of you know the car's for sale & most of the go-fast suspension/brake parts are off of it & for sale... Keeping the Turbo on the car for now while in process of selling it.

I just found this thread. Might I ask why you have decided to sell? Not fast enough?

Plenty fast--even before I started upping the power.

I'm just going back to AWD--suits my driving style better. ;-)
