I garage mine through winter...but for our other cars I go through the self-spray booth first, do a good undercarriage cleaning (because this is what matters most anyhow) and a quick power spray over the painted surfaces and glass. Finish by going through the touchless automatic carwash. If you can be careful and it's a decent temperature you can wipe the body panels with a microfiber (top first then bottom) and use a separate towel to wipe around the inner painted portion of the door. A good polish and wax before winter and a good polish and wax in Spring should keep you shiny.
