Yeah, I would be a very unhappy person when I had to remove my bumper to change my oil.

Perhaps, but it will make less low/mid torque. The idea of the restrictor plate is to use a smaller pulley to help out the low/mid range, but limit boost.

Different diameter restrictors can raise the max boost. One could machine off a bit, and aim for 9psi or so, to hang on to the top end tq a bit longer, or remove the restrictors and run the boost the pulley will deliver (reported here as around 13psi).

Probably just pull the wheel off and front fender liner, shouldn't have to take the bumper off.

Short of a HKS or a greddy oil cooler kit all other kits place the thermostatic plate very close to the high pressure fuel line with very very limited rotation. The thermostatic plate of other kits placed in the stock oil filter location also limits the different sizes of aftermarket oil filler caps that you can use.

The other problem I have with the oil filter ontop of the thermostatic plate is that it makes a mess when you remove the oil filter. Basically a great idea of the factory catch cup turns out to be not so hot with the filter there.

With our remote mount filter there is no mess when removing the oil filter. The oil just goes straight down into the oil drain.

The routing of the oil lines becomes very simple as they no longer are in the way of anything. Any type of intake system will not be a problem with this set up.

Furthermore with the fittings there we can also easily pump fresh oil into the oil cooler (flush it out) if desired.

To access the oil filter all you do is remove a few clips and 1 bolt at the very front of the fender liner, peel it down a bit and there is easy large access to it. The car has to be up anyway to get to the drain plug, so getting to the oil filter is no problem since the car is already up.

Hi there
I have the HKS Supercharger installed in my car for a while now , and it seems to work fine , i've done few dyno test last week , and the max HP i got was 202 WHP.
I understand that the supercharger comes with restriction plate
if there is someone that already removed this restriction , could you please explain how I can do the same for my S/C i'm planing to push the boots for more Hp and TQ , and I have enough mods to support that.
