And what goes great with videos is a comparison.

Great job on the shifting Sojhinn, car looks really stong.

Left car is TQ300 stock

Right is TQ250 plus E85, front pipe and catback

Not very happy with either of those starts. Right when I started to take the videos it started sprinkling here in San Diego. Let me just say the car pulls great. And if you got someone behind the wheel who was more experienced and didnt care about destroying the transmission Im sure you could get a very low 5.

I think you did great in the first 1.

The second one really showcases how much torque there is because it just flies through 1st gear.

If you did that in the stock car you would BOG hardcore.

Thanks for the vids man!

I personally think when doing comparisons rolling starts are much better, especially in 2nd gear on. Then you're mitigating differences due to traction/launch, better illustrating the flexibility of the engine, and you're not pounding on your drivetrain so badly. Find a buddy (with a fairly fast car, E46 M3, 335i, etc.) and do a rolling start 20mph to 70 mph starting 2nd gear, or do an interstate run 50mph to 80mph. Something along those lines would much better illustrate the power of this system. Generally, 0-60 has always been a poor metric (IMHO), especially in today's world of super high power cars.

Yes that is what you are seeing....looks like low 5's

I dont think many people(if any) get under 6 seconds stock.

Most do 6.1 to 6.5 with very aggressive launch.

This acceleration comes with the 202lb/ft of torque that the E85 electric supercharger provides.

Full throttle Electric Supercharger Build Thread

Just as a heads up for everyone. Rob is shipping me the new controller to replace mine that has issues with the drag reduction. What's also nice is that it can handle up to 5kw. I wonder if that means I can handle the tq300.
