Think about it Dimman. What exactly does a driveshaft do and how is it different from the rear axle in a FWD car?

Why was it singular then? And a weight reduction mod? Sorry, they were sloppy and/or ignotant and copy pasta'd mods between drivetrains. Because same.

Lucky they remembered which side the smoke came out of...

For the same reason they put in a 1994 Nissan 240SX hatchback that weighed over 2900lbs after years of fans whining about the lack of the more popular hatchback version. Because they are assholes.

I've played Gran Turismo since the 2nd one and have all been played on the playstation platform. Got the Logitech g27 wheel for GT5 and loved it. The crashing/damage in gran turismo is the most unrealistic thing I've ever seen, but it's a simulator, not a crash tester.

After seeing Forza gameplay on the xbox one, I was floored. Will definitely dropping the beloved Gran Turismo series and going with Microsoft. If you want the best physics and a simulator type game to learn certain tracks and their characteristics I'd go with GT. If you wan to sit back, have fun with friends, customize/tune go with Forza. Don't look at the money difference, it's minimal.

Cant wait for GT6. Im a playstation guy so theres no point in me getting an xb1 just for forza.

its weird that its releasing on a friday. i thought all games launch on tuesdays

well i sold my ps3 already and got the xbox one coming in the mail. wont be able to play it till february when i get back from out at sea. i cant wait to play forza 5 since im told its awesome even with the controller..looking into a wheel, but ill probably wait till more options appear. ill end up getting a PS4 later on to get GT7 if that comes out.

I'm surprised this thread is still going on, the solution is pretty simple: if you own an Xbox, you get Forza. If you own a Playstation, you get Gran Turismo. If you own both, get both.

I played Forza 5 for about 15 minutes in the brand new amazing Microsoft store (opened 3 days before X1 launch) on the most amazing Samsung TV ive ever seen. It was life changing as far as gaming goes. I want the system so badly but I think ill be waiting for the first price drop. I just cant justify $500 when my 360 works perfectly well.
