A few of my favorite shots:

See da bokeh with my most favorite lense ever, the legendary Olympus Zuiko Auto-T 250mm/f2.0 ED-IF, shot through a tinted sliding glass door - like a freaking OM Zuiko macro lense but it's a super telephoto; and one of the best ones ever made by any manufacturer. Should have never sold it..:

one of the biggest hurdles to overcome early on was that sometimes you just can't capture all the detail available due to equipment limitation.. and to make the white/dark areas work for you rather than against you

Yeah unfortunately due to the smaller sensor size in the X series vs my 5d iii you are forced to use a shorter focal length for the viewing angle desired. So you still don't get as nice of a COC & harsness of the bokeh transition. So it allows me to get closer but I still can't get that aggressive style I can on my full frame camera =/. The moment fuji makes a full frame X.... ill be jumping aboard and the x100s will still just continue to be my casual. Their noise production is just... ugh superb. It looks so much more desirable since its monochrome instead of color.

Trust me ive considered jumping the fuji train. The shutter system is much more desirable to me for flash photography. I can just use speed lights running on AA batteries instead of lithium cells and high voltage lighting for over powering the sun and then using ND filters for DOF.

I made a bunch of money shooting weddings and portraits with my kit. Always wanted to shoot football and motorsport though. Kind of fell out of it, but still have my gear (7D, EFS 10-22, EFS 17-55 2.8, EF 50 1.4, EF 70-200 2.8L II, couple flashes and umbrellas, tripods, monopods, etc).

It was nice having two bodies for a while. It allowed me to make composites like this:
