Just installing the rotors and pads kit from Stoptech on FT86speedfactory. BBK will have to wait for now.

Only 8 blocks to go to my winter storage destination with OEM tires today and Mike gets cocky in the Snow. The rear jumped into the next lane. Thank God no one was there.

Those prices are nuts.

Yeah, we'll do a tech day in the spring (or sooner if you like) at the house. All easy stuff.

I was just curious about what they would charge. Although I did a pretty good job at keeping a straight face, I was shocked on the inside. Will be adding the exhaust in May when it warms up and the brakes sometime next summer. I might take you up on your offer If I can't find someone more reasonable. Besides pints I might have something else of interest car related. We'll talk.
Well if were having a working on cars party in Orleans in the spring I'll have to come by! Might be getting a few things over the winter for sure haha!

So after 3 hours of waiting at canadian tire for them to put my winters on, I was told by the head mechanic that 'low pro tires are too hard and take too long, go somewhere else, like, a dedicated rim and tire shop' after calling him a lazy **** I was asked to leave. Now Kanata Rims and Tire has earned my buisness for life, 20 minutes to get the tires on rims, and get them installed, didnt seem to take so long....

You guys talking about all your future plans managed to get me off my ass and tinker on the car some more. Wrapped my Nameless downpipe/overpipe combo, should help keep temps down under the hood, and keep the heat pointed in the right direction.

Next is to order a header. Was just about to order the Borla UEL header then Shiv announced he will have a new UEL header hitting the market on monday. Trying to decide which one to get now.

I would definitely pass on the borla headers due to the quality issues your call though

I talked with Jeremy at speedfactory about that, he says it was really only the early ones that had issues. But the new header that shiv has coming looks really really good, I'll likely go that way as I'm very pleased with the tuner and how much he is currently supporting it. Support the supporter.

Ya they say it was only the first batch but then talk to brz2013 who in Ottawa who went through 3 of them. I've also heard of other instances with this happening. Any link to these new headers though?
