Well then, that's pretty awesome.

Sucks that it's a PS3 title though. I'll just continue to wait another few years for a GT on PS4.

i get that a lot of people might like forza more than gt. im perplexed that a lot of people are saying it is more realistic.

I have only played Forza 3 and 4. But I believe the popular opinion was and still is that F4 was better overall than GT5. F4 has better graphics(marginaly), better car selection, better tracks, better camera, and better sounds. The physics are where it gets sketchy. But GT has stuff like weather so there are probably a few things that I missed.

Some people argue, mostly GT fans, that GT5 physics are way better. But then these same people complain about not being able to turn off all the assists...Which you can in fact do in F4. Note that in F3 they had steering assists that couldn't be turned off but they fixed that in F4. Now everything can be turned off.

Myself, I like Forza 4 but I hate xbox due to Microsoft BS. The xboxlive internet issues(NAT conflicts, party crashes, and random lag spikes), proprietary controllers and racing wheels mixed with updates messing them up, proprietary HD(it's a fracking laptop HD with some software), and finally just the crappy build quality(the DVD drive is a cheap POS, the Wii has a better CD drive).

I played Live for Speed and tried a few other PC racing games but couldn't get into them. Not since NFS: Underground2 and Prostreet, anyway. I mostly race for fun if at all. I haven't raced seriously since racing with bneale and dragonjet. Where I always came in dead last.

This right here. I felt like some of the cars sounded like vacuum cleaners or something. Such a let down. I'm holding out this time around after GT5's disappointing performance. Right now i'm leaning towards Forza but I doubt i'll get an xbox any time soon.

You missed my above post, where the video says it hadn't been approved for N. America. Looks like ichitaka05 has some inside info on it though. Testing in NA doesn't mean anything though. Cars get tested and are occasionally seen here that are never released in NA.

And I always found it interesting the comments about the engine sounds in GT. People who complain about the engine sounds, typically will reference a car that has all the mods done to it. The moment you throw a trans into a car on GT, you get the Straight Cut gear box whine....Which is what happens in Real Life. In stock cars in GT, the engine notes are fine and sound like they should. A worked trans sounds like it's a mechanical robot.

The body roll in that Leaf is suspetise. All those batteries down low, that thing has a lower CoG that just about any sports car. Just because the outside view has a different look isn't exactly a demonstration of physics. And if you're gaming from the outside car view (and not in-car) you probably should go back to playing Mario Kart.

What's the big difference between Forza and GT? Well, Forza 5 ships with the XBONE and it looks gooooood. I hope Turn10 has expanded the compatibility of steering wheels! Bring on the Logitech.

I like how the cloud will learn your driving so that the AI will become better and better and smarter and smarter. An evolving AI is a really cool feature.

I still think NFS Shift 1+2 has the most accurate sounds of any racing game thus far, I don't understand why these game manufacturing companies don't record sounds of every car they put in the game.

If you are waiting 4 years to release a new copy of a game, it better blow my freaking socks off.

If Gran Turismo 6 sucks like Gran Turismo 5 did...idk, I might have to switch to the dark side....lol
