Borla UEL headers. Love the sound the car makes when pushing into 4.5k to redline rpm range. Also when I get my revised tune it should help in the tourqe valley

I think lowering my car was my favorite mod and also one of my first mods.

I like the milltek at least I did on my MCS.. I'm sure it would be
A good mature sounding exhaust.. But Too pricey.. No real gain over the axle back for less than half the cost of the milltek.. IMO..

My favorite mod is the driver mod. It helps me stay out of trouble and it was completely free to boot!

Berk Muffler Delete. That totally changed the car for the better. Best $100 you will ever spend.

I really want to lower but I definitely don't want to be one of those guys who has to drive up every driveway/entrance sideways...

Can you talk a bit about the pros/cons? How much are you lowered? Using what? Any regrets?

Whether you track or not, lowering your car will improve many aspects of the ride. Most members complain about the 4x4 stance - more specifically the wheel well not being filled proportionately.

Pros: better look, even lower center of gravity, "balanced" feeling when taking corners.

Cons: speed bumps/pot holes... you will scrape your underbody, and you will learn to get used to it. Also, you have to worry about fitment if you decide to go with an aggressive wheel setup.

I'm lowered on Standard R3 coilovers. Completely eliminated wheel gap. I feel more comfortable taking corners at faster speeds. No regrets, actually makes me more aware of everything in front of me. And I know what my skid plate sounds like.

Pro's: your car looks better, you car will feel more stiff and more "on rails"
con's: Your suspension components will wear out quicker, you will scrape which is nbd until you start losing pieces of your car on the fwy, depending on the quality of your coils or springs/shocks your ride could get bouncy and uncomfy.

Thanks for the responses...All I really want to get out of it is the gap elimination...I really don't like how it looks with that huge space between the fender lines and the tire

I will definitely be getting 18" tires come summer...Will this help at all with that gap or is lowering my only option?

A pair that go together that really make one

The TRD Intake and Exhaust.

But what I'm really looking forward to is the OEM Audioplus Sound System I won at the FT86 Nation raffle yesterday.

I have a strong feeling that will soon be my favorite mod!

I would love to hear what you think about the OEM Audio+

Contemplated upgrading to that but not sure if it's worth it

Tires. Michelin pilot super sports on OEM wheels. Came out $5 per tire cheaper than OEM primacys. Being my first RWD car, I was really glad to gain some grip in the wet.
