USAA should take good care of you. I've been a member/insured by USAA for over 45 years and always found them to be fair and responsive.

I don't think so, I'm not 100%. I think all the kids said everyone took blame and the cop treated it like a little fender bender never asked or explained anything to me. The drunk was behind the kid that hit me..
