Stop = Stop
Yield = not stop, but make sure there is no traffic before merging.

If someone rear end your car, it is his/her fault. You are not an asshole to follow the rule.

I sometimes ignore yield signs if there's clearly no traffic to worry about, but always stop fully for stop signs.

Yep, you're all assholes. Stopping at a stop sign is like stopping at red lights. Next time I'm just gonna smack into you because I totally disagree with any stop sign.

If you don't come to a complete stop around here you get your photo taken along with a short video and it comes to you in the mail with a bill for $127.

Uh Yield signs exist so you don't have to stop.

Honestly I usually slow to 5, drag up the clutch, look for traffic, then drive away. I rarely "stop" but come close

No, I don't. I could give a rats ass what the person behind me feels. It's much better than getting a ticket and/or not seeing a car flying down the street.

I roll through some of them, but my rolling stop actually takes longer than a normal full stop because I inch it very slowly and check every direction at least three times. I'm not sure what category I fall into, but either way I don't feel bad at all regardless of how I go through the intersection.

Now, that random time my hand decides to apply some muscle memory and put on a turn signal even though I'm going straight? Yeah, I feel like an asshole then.

Right, but usually I do slow down sometimes at yields so I can make sure the potentially on-coming traffic stopped at the near light is staying stopped. That is, unless there's obviously no traffic then I ignore the yield & don't slow down.

I should note that I normally see yield signs on median-separated on-ramp merge lanes instead of the turn being part of a stop light.

I always stop.

I used to live on an intersection with a four way stop and I always got mad at people who rolled right through. If I were outside, I would shake my fist at them.

Laws are laws. The moment you got your liscence you consented to following the laws of the road (whether you like them or not).

Call me silly, but I stop at stop signs, use my turn signals - even to signal lane changes, and don't cross solid white or yellow lines. The assholes are the ones who don't do these things.

However, I do exceed the speed limit on interstates. IMO, speed limits are too low just about everywhere.

I don't text or talk on the (handheld) phone while driving either.

People who don't signal lane changes in traffic piss me off the most. I've nearly ridden up a few inattentive rears b/c they (without bothering to signal or look) changed into my lane while I was boosting hard near WOT to pass them on the left.

It's the biggest reason I want a loud, piercing, obnoxious train horn.

My biggest peeve is people who are texting or talking hand-held. They're usually the ones going the speed limit or under in the hammer-lane, or they're not maintaining good lane control.

You do NOT want a train horn on a FRS!! Trust me, there's no room!! They're freakin' huge and you have to have a compressor and air tank. What you do want is a small, self-contained air horn or two.
